The agreement
By creating an account, requesting an API key, or using Realnaps Virtual Football Router, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Use Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation or syndicate, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that entity.
You must be legally competent to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.
The service
Realnaps provides real-time and historical virtual football fixtures, opening and closing odds, verified scoreline results, prediction ingestion endpoints, and developer APIs. The service is built for developers, analysts, and automated betting system builders to focus on modeling and predictions while Realnaps handles data infrastructure.
Realnaps provides factual match data, prediction tracking, and statistical feeds as information. Realnaps is not a gambling operator, does not accept wagers, and does not provide financial or gambling advice.
Your account and access
Keep your login credentials and provisioned API keys secure. You are responsible for all requests and prediction picks submitted through your credentials and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may throttle, suspend, or restrict access if necessary to protect service stability, prevent automated scraping abuse of public web interfaces, or investigate security concerns.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdiction where you operate;
- interfere with feed stability, bypass rate limits, probe endpoints for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt to access another customer’s private predictions or data;
- resell or redistribute raw Realnaps data streams as a competing standalone data feed without an enterprise commercial agreement; or
- misrepresent predictions or outputs as guaranteed financial returns or legally certified advice.
Availability and changes
We operate high-availability edge infrastructure to deliver virtual match data and ingest predictions 24/7. However, scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or upstream provider events can occasionally affect service availability.
We continuously improve the service and may add, update, or optimize endpoints. Material API changes will be communicated in developer documentation.
Intellectual property
Realnaps Virtual Football Router, its branding, APIs, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your proprietary prediction algorithms, models, and custom software that consume our feeds.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific commercial wager. You remain responsible for how you apply data and predictions within your own systems.
These terms are governed by applicable commercial laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
