Who operates Realnaps
Realnaps Virtual Football Router is operated by Dannyokec Cyber Security and Software Programming Limited. In this policy, “Realnaps”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator.
This notice applies to the Realnaps public application, its authenticated API, and the support or newsletter communications connected with them. Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to support@realnaps.com.
Information we process
We keep the information needed to operate an account, store prediction picks, and protect the service. Depending on how you use Realnaps, this can include:
- Account information, such as your full name, email address, password hash, account status and email-verification status.
- Prediction and pick records, such as submitted fixture predictions, match selections, confidence ratings, and model identifiers submitted through the API.
- Authentication and security information, such as issued access tokens, sign-in attempts and technical logs needed to investigate errors, abuse or an account-security concern.
- Communication information, such as messages you send to developer support or inquiries regarding custom feed quotas.
- Technical information that an HTTP or API request normally provides, such as an IP address, client type, and request timing.
Why we use it
We use account information to authenticate requests, store user and system prediction picks, maintain historical performance hit rates, deliver requested service data, and answer technical support enquiries.
We do not sell personal information or use customer data for behavioural advertising. All submitted prediction picks and model inputs remain private to your account unless you deliberately share them.
Service providers and infrastructure
Realnaps uses dedicated hosting, database, and operational service providers to maintain 24/7 data scraping, high-throughput API routing, and reliable storage. A provider receives information only where strictly necessary to perform infrastructure operations on our behalf.
All infrastructure providers operate under strict confidentiality, enterprise security controls, and applicable data-protection standards.
Retention
We retain account information for the lifetime of your active developer account. Submitted prediction picks and historical fixture logs are preserved to enable backtesting, accuracy auditing, and model training.
Technical security logs are retained for standard operational monitoring periods to investigate abuse and maintain service reliability.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to explain the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate account information, or delete account information where retention is not legally required. Contact support@realnaps.com from the email address registered to your account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request a copy of your data, object to specific processing, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when a material product or data-handling change requires it. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
